In July 2022 the Summit Lake Paiute Tribe held its first Paiute Language Class. We were fortunate enough to have our very own SLPT elder Thalia Dick and Duck-Valley member Judy Martin teach the class.

Classes have since been canceled due to lack of funding; however, we have uploaded several videos to youtube and can also email you class worksheets.

Classes are recorded and will be posted to the SLPT YouTube Channel  https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCQtqlmAqFij8Atk5zYkKlsg

We welcome all ages and all levels of knowledge and you do not need to be tribally affiliated to participate.

If you have any questions, please reach out to Austin New Moon (775) 447-5716 or email at austin.newmoon@summitlaketribe.org
