HIGHER EDUCATION SCHOLARSHIP FUNDS AVAILABLE

The Summit Lake Paiute Tribe has funds available to assist tribal members with higher education financial aid.

  • Are you 18 years or older?
  • Do you have a High School Diploma or GED?
  • Are you planning on attending an accredited university or college and take a minimum of 6 credit hours of study?

If yes, you may be eligible for financial aid funds, you must submit the following completed applications:

​Each applicant must also provide:

  • Copy of High School Diploma or GED Certificate
  • Personal letter outlining your educational goals
  • Letter of acceptance from the college or university

​All necessary documents are available at the Summit Lake Paiute Primary Tribal Administrative Office at 1001 Rock Blvd., Sparks, Nevada (corner of Rock Blvd and I Street). Completed applications will be reviewd by the Higher Education/ Scholarship Committee who will make funding recommendations to the Summit Lake Tribal Council.
