Jobs with the Summit Lake Tribe include interesting ones on the Reservation
While the Summit Lake Tribe has employment opportunities at its Primary Administrative Office, currently in Reno, and soon to be in Sparks, there are also several jobs on the Summit Lake Reservation (the Tribe provides the transportation) dealing with one of the Tribe's most important resources--and from whom their traditional name derives--the Lahontan cutthroat trout.

Interested tribal members need to contact the Acting Chief Administrative Employee/Acting Administrator (Acting CAE/A) by phone (775.827.9670) or email (ron.johnny@summitlaketribe.org) for the Tribe's Employment Application on or before the end of the business day on the day set forth in the Job Announcement which was mailed to all tribal members for whom the Tribe has a mailing address and who have told the Tribe they are interested in the jobs in the above Job Announcement category, if any. After the end of the tribal member preference period, tribal members who did not meet the above deadline for tribal member preference can still file an application during the Indian Preference and Open to the Public Period.
